4th grade went out for a nature wake and fun in the sun!

Week of February 22nd

4th grade had a busy and exciting week! We are continuing to study BFG and prepare for our rainforest lower school unit. We also celebrated our 100th day of school today!

Fourth grade has worked since September to earn Team Work Bears to have a pajama fort day! Team Work Bears are awarded when the class works as a collective unit and exhibits character traits. 

Week of February 1st

Fourth Grade had a warm and cozy Friday. We had our first Reader’s Cafe to kick off the start of our BFG unit! 

In math, we did a spiral review conversation candy game!

We also earned our last team work bear! We look forward to pajama, fort and pizza day! 

Week of January 25th

Fourth Grade read The Life of Ants this week. They also did a comparison unit on different fables involving ants. In science, they completed a research project on different types of ants and their impact on the world. Fourth grade is eagerly awaiting the arrival of their ant farm where they will have an opportunity to study an ant colony up close. 

In math, we did an end of week review by playing Wheel of Wonder!!!!!
